Order and Shipping
📦All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We ship all domestic and international orders via USPS First Class Mail. Each order is carefully packaged and secured with shipping paper and/or bubble wrap to protect your glass art item while in transit.

How much is shipping costs in the U.S.?
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $35.
For orders under $35, shipping cost will be dependent on your location and the weight of the items purchased. On average, most orders have a shipping cost between $3.50 - $5.50 for US (this is only an estimate, actual shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout).
How much is shipping costs everywhere else?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping options outside of the US. We hope to change that in the future. Shipping costs will be dependent on your location and the weight of the items purchased. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to customs, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pathways Glass Studio (Pathways Arts LLC) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Will I receive shipping notifications?
Yes, we send out notifications per the preference chosen, whether via email and/or SMS text. Once the order has shipped, an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and you can check the status of your order. Additional notifications will be provided as the shipment nears delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to help and ensure a pleasant experience.
My package is missing or didn't arrive?
If your package shows "delivered" in the tracking information, please contact your local USPS facility regarding status. Sometimes, USPS is delayed in delivering the package although it states it has been delivered. We have encountered this with customers and often times the package is delivered within a day or two. Also, make sure to look at the tracking details as USPS will sometimes add a note to where they left your package. Since we are not affiliated with USPS, we encourage you to contact them for redelivery scheduling or issues with tracking your package.

What is the difference between 'Buy Now' vs. 'Add To Cart'?
The only difference between the two purchase options is that the 'Add To Cart' option will allow you to add a special instructions note. You will want to do this for purposes of sending a gift or simply sending us a note.
