Returns and Exchanges
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after the item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery (please see exclusions below).
We ask that the item be returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is returned in its original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded the full value of the item on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What items cannot be returned?
- Custom or personalized orders
- Signed (by artist) glass items
- Items on sale
Do you accept exchanges or cancellations?
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations at this time. However, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems with your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to help and ensure a pleasant experience.
